1. Digital Products (Downloads & Bundles)
Graphixity Media sells digital products such as graphic design bundles, video editing assets, templates, presets, and other downloadable files.
❌ No Returns or Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All sales of digital products are final.
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.
- We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, previews, compatibility details, and license information before purchasing.
✅ Technical Issues
If you experience any of the following:
- Corrupted or incomplete files
- Download issues due to technical errors
Please contact us, and we will:
- Re-provide the files, or
- Assist you in resolving the issue
Technical support does not qualify as a refund request.
2. Custom Services & On-Demand Work
Graphixity Media offers custom creative services, including but not limited to:
- Wedding, birthday, house-warming, and event invitation videos
- Graphic design and branding services for businesses and individuals
2.1 Before Work Begins
- If an order is cancelled before work has started, a full or partial refund may be considered based on the situation.
2.2 After Work Has Started
- Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available, as time and creative effort have already been invested.
- If partial work has been completed, refunds (if any) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2.3 After Final Delivery
- No refunds will be issued once final files or agreed deliverables have been delivered.
- Minor corrections may be provided as per the agreed revision terms.
3. Revisions & Satisfaction
- Revision limits and turnaround time will be communicated before starting any custom project.
- Requests beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges and do not qualify for refunds.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with software is clearly mentioned in the product description
- Lack of knowledge in using design or video software
- Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer
- Failure to download files within the allowed access period
5. Payment Issues
If:
- Your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, or
- You do not receive access to your purchased product or service
